Welcome to BAS Digital. We are a local Burton on Trent Satellite TV installation company operating from just outside of Burton. Known locally as Burton Aerial Service, we have been in the satellite TV industry since the beginning, starting with the popular BSB satellite TV and their ‘Squarials’ . Since then, we’ve kept up to to date with the modern satellite TV systems available for the UK.

If you’re looking to get European TV from satellites such as Astra, 1, Eurosat Hotbird, and Eutelsat 5 West A, then we can provide you with all necessary equipment to do so, along with installation of setup for your home.

Astra 1 is the main satellite of choice for receiving the European FTA (Free to Air) channels, mainly consisting of German and French channels along with services such as BBC World Service. Only a small dish is required, around 45cm, with the necessary receiver.
The Hotbird 3 Satellite is very popular , and provides around 1000 TV channels across Europe consisting of around 400 FTA channels and around 600 PPV channels. Transmitting in many of the European languages including French, German, Polish, Latvian, and more.
Eutelsat 5 West A (formerly known as Atlantic Bird 3)  is less well known and mainly offers French, German, and Italian programming.
